Cabana Dress
This fitted halter dress brings back memories of the glamour girls of old Hollywood. The bodice features a daring neckline and pleated bust detail, neatly fitted to a tall waistband. The skirt is actually taken from a vintage 1940's skirt pattern, same as seen on the Swizzle skirt. The dress zips up the back, and buttons at the nape of the neck. Very sexy! Swing Coat
My mother used to call this her “Easter Coat”, that wonderful late 1950's lightweight wool jacket with the circular cut in the back. This one was taken from an actual vintage coat pattern, but features one great vintage button with a loop closure, one of my signature details.
