Regalia Handmade Clothing: Your Size

Rather than try to interpret today's commercial sizing, I work from this chart that ranges from Small to Extra-Large.

I recommend you get out that old cloth tape measure and wrap it around your body in three places, and be ready with those numbers when you order. If your measurements don't line up as neatly as those on the chart, I can help you sort it out. It may not be important to the garment you're interested in anyway. Don't try to add inches for how loose you like your clothes, I do that on the pattern. If you want to tell me your dress size, height and weight, it will help to calculate your size. When ordering pants, I may ask for an inseam measurement.

Some garments are available in Extra-Small. Please ask.

I keep all orders on file as well as any custom alterations, so the next time you order, I can duplicate that garment, or use this information to determine sizing for another style.
